Account information: your name and email address when you create a Three Bids account.

User content: the contractor quotes, project details, and photos you upload or scan into the app.

Basic diagnostic data such as app version and crash reports, used only to keep the app working.

To provide and improve the service — storing your projects, syncing them to your device, and supporting you when you write in.

To power AI-powered quote analysis, which reads the documents you upload so it can score and compare your bids.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever, to anyone.

We do not use advertising trackers or share your activity with ad networks.

We do not share your bids with contractors or with each other's contractors.

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access is limited to the small number of people who need it to operate and support the service.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Contact us and we will handle it promptly.

Three Bids is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

If we update this policy we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
